Ellie has a degree in Osteopathy and Biology and has been a Level 3 personal trainer for nearly 10 years. While studying for her degrees, she slowly built up a social media following of over 800,000 people and has helped thousands of women change their lifestyle and body.

Ellie is a true believer in that you do not have to cut out your favourite foods, drinks or miss out on any social events in order to see results.
All of Ellie’s clients live a normal life while reaching their goals and a diet never feels like a diet.
Lizzy Goddard
Coach
Lizzy is a Cheshire based personal trainer and former competitor with experience in pre & post natal training. Lizzy has been an Ellena Fit Coach for over three years and has helped hundreds of women achieve their goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and loves working with a range of women who want to get strong mentally and physically!
Lizzy has a great background within the fitness industry, having been there and done pretty much everything. She shares the same ethos as Ellie & is a great addition to the team.
Shannon Rose Cox

Shannon is a London-based personal trainer and yoga teacher, with expertise in nutrition and body recomposition.
Shannon is dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their well-being, find their purpose, and embrace mindful living. A trainer at a women’s only studio, which combines neuroscience and fitness, shannon teaches women how to connect, respect and believe in themselves and their bodies.
By progressing in her own personal journey, Shannon soon realised fitness is about balance and finding what works for YOU and your lifestyle. Shannon does not subscribe to quick fixes and shortcuts, but believes if you make atomic changes which positively impact your life, you will see change’s, as a bi-product your physique.
